I have been using this dealership to lease and service 3 Lexus vehicles for over 3 years now and I have never been disappointed. The staff here goes above and beyond in ways I am truly thankful for. The staff is dedicated, reliable and very very helpful. I have had situations where I've had an issue and emailed Joel Cohen, Neil (in sales), and Rob (from service) at all hours (even late on a Saturday night), and they've been attentive and accommodating. I absolutely feel I am in good hands when it comes to my safety on the road and everyone doing things in my best interest. I would recommend everyone I know to use this dealership (and I have). Although I dealt with Bernard thrice, I actually owned 4 Lexus automobiles, one of them I purchased from a friend. The original 1997 Lexus ES300 is being used by my son. We have been satisfied with all the Lexus cars. My son purchased a Lexus RX350 last year in Texas and now my daughter is considering purchasing one.
