Great Staff, Wonderful Facilities We came in to test drive GX and new RX. From the moment we walked into the showroom until we drove out on a new car we were taken care of. This deal We came in to test drive GX and new RX. From the moment we walked into the showroom until we drove out on a new car we were taken care of. This dealership had a very nice showroom with all of the varieties of available cars (we went to another Lexus dealership before and they did not even have a GX on display!). We worked with John Mezzino and he took us to test drive both GX and RX; he had all the right info about the cars and was able to answer all of our questions. Through the whole process we did not think that we were being taken advantage of or were being pushed to add something extra which did not make sense to us. My husband is a guru in buying cars and he can tell right away what is worth the extra money and what is just a filler. We did not feel rushed and trust me when I say we took our sweet time. There is also a great lounge for the customers which is well worth mentioning: cold drinks, Starbucks coffee, snacks and sandwiches. The lounge has a TV, Wi-Fi service and also desktops you can use while you wait for your car. We came all the way from Brooklyn and it was well worth it. Highly recommend to anyone! More

Always a pleasant experience This is my fourth Lexus lease at Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold NJ. The last 3 have been with John Agnese. Car leasing or purchasing can be a very stres This is my fourth Lexus lease at Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold NJ. The last 3 have been with John Agnese. Car leasing or purchasing can be a very stressful experience. I have leased different brands of cars from other dealers. When I switched to Ray Catena I found the experience very pleasurable. Near the end of my first lease I was contacted by John Agnese and told the previous salesman had moved to another position. I scheduled an appointment with John and he was very patient helping me decide which model would be best for me. He gave me a price on the model selected and then I looked at the available inventory. Once I picked the exact vehicle we discussed the numbers and settled on a very reasonable price. There is never any high pressure to make a decision when talking to John. On my most recent lease I left the same day in the car I selected. I definitely plan to return to Ray Cantena and John for my next lease. More
