I went online (and called) and got a same day appointment. From the receptionist on the phone to Eric Cohen the sales advisor and the service technicians in the garage, everyone is incredibly professional at all times and as nice, helpful, and respectful as can be. The service department and shop are absolutely spotless, which is something that really stood out to me. I've never seen anything like that before anywhere. Every place I've ever gone, it's always been the exact opposite of all these things. I don't ever want to go anywhere else for a car. What keeps me going back to Lexus is obvious, these are the best cars I have ever driven. What keeps me going back to Ray Catena Lexus is Bernard Tremblay. His low-pressure, straightforward way of dealing with me as a customer is a very hard thing to find these days. I feel comfortable and confident that he is working with both of our best interests in mind. The whole experience is pleasant, unlike other dealerships that I have purchased or leased cars from (not Lexus). Other than routine maintenance, I have never had an issue with any of the cars I have had and my experience with the service department is also excellent. Great Service I took my vehicle in for service today. I have a 09:45 appointment, and was seen as soon as I came in. By 2:00PM my vehicle was ready, and everything was finished. I would never buy another vehicle but Lexus, and I would only use Ray Catena services. More

I entered Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold with some trepidation because the last time I went to purchase a new car elsewhere It had turned out to be a complete nightmare. But my salesman Anthony Franconero was completely different. He was an easy going, straightforward type of salesman. From the very beginning he was honest and forthcoming and never once did he attempt the hard sell. He was very knowledgeable about the product and even though I did not think I needed some of the options he helped me realize how valuable they would be for me. Once we had decided on a number we could both agree upon – which I might add was an enjoyable experience in and of itself – he quickly gathered any and all of the necessary information to expedite the process. I even had the pleasure of meeting the GM Joel Cohen. A class act in his own right and clearly a mentor for his sales team. I have always felt that buying a new car should be a very exciting experience, but in the past it never has been, until now that is.
