They are extremely accommodating and patient in making sure you get what you need and understand what you're getting. The service department as well is top notch. The flexibility in booking an appointment with them is fantastic. My husband owns a BMW and it can be difficult scheduling a service appointment but with Ray Catena you can pretty much get whatever time and day that works for you. Overall 5 star experience. More

Not only did he make me happy, but it was the fastest and best car transaction experience to date. There were four other Lexus dealers closer to me, but RC Lexus was the ONLY one to deliver - and FAST. Way worth the hour and a half drive. His assistant, Daniel, was very helpful in familiarizing me with the new vehicle functions. Coming from an RC 350, I couldn't be happier. The IS is a great car. RC Lexus is A+ in my book. Then I went for 10K service + AC gurgling noise repair. At the next day after picked up the car, I found out the cover in front grill missing. So it cost me another day off, 80 miles round trip back to Freehold to get missing part installed. Now I am worried if there's any other part missing during service. 1 Star for service. Update I did txt, send pics and phone with Anthony before Joel's reply. I feel Lexus Freehold care about rating more than real customer's need. Will still give 5 star to Anthony, 1 star to service, leave overall unchanged. More
