Fantastic! I went in to purchase a certificated pre-owned RX 350 and left with a brand new RX 350. I had no idea that could have been possible. I went to another Lexus dealer prior and he never even mentioned it. Eddie knew the numbers and offered it to me. I first said no because I thought he was trying to take advantage of me. But when I agreed, the numbers were better than I thought! I drove out with it the same day. Eddie was the best salesman I have ever come across. He was polite and you felt he had my best interest at heart. Knowing the highway I drive, he expressed concern for me with the new safety features the 2017 had. Now I am driving a new Lexus and I owe it all to Eddie, Gene and Joel (the managers). They were also very helpful and sincere. Thank you and now I will be your customer for life! More
