We had stopped in to test drive and discuss a deal for the Range Rover Evoque. Our experience from start to finish was extremely pleasant. Mike was knowledgeable, down to earth, and professional without the high pressure sales pitch we usually get from most car dealerships. He spent about 4 hours with us discussing options and looked for the color combination that my husband really wanted. We ended up choosing a vehicle that they had in stock and Mike was able to wrap the deal up and have the car ready for us within 2 hours, just in time for a prior commitment that we had. Overall, our experience at this dealership with everyone we crossed paths with was pleasant. The dealership itself is beautiful, clean and lives up to the same class as the vehicles they sell. More

Everyone else at the dealership was very courteous and seems very focused good service, from the receptionist who welcomed me to the chasers who helped me get the car to Manhattan. You still need to do your homework to make sure they have the car you want and that you get a good deal, especially if leasing or financing.
