We ended the appointment with talking about some possible models and cars they had available. James offered to work up some figures and get back to me the next day, which is exactly what he did. I returned a few days later, we worked out the details and I drove home that afternoon in my new car. I have been leasing and buying cars for over 30 years, this was one of my best experiences. More

My salesman Paul Ebner went out of his way for me. I felt his honesty and sincerity right from the start. He was a true professional in every sense of the word. He was knowledgeable and insisted on showing me every car on the lot that I was interested in, pointing out differences and similarities and always asking if I had any questions. When the sale could not be completed that night he went out of his way to pick me up at the train station and bring me to the dealership. I have never signed for a car with more ease. I have to say when I walked in I was a little intimidated but Paul put me right at ease and made me feel like I did deserve this car- and he was right on all accounts. One word on the guy who walked me through the bells and whistles of the car (I think his name was Mike- but please ask Paul)-terrific! Patient and very knowledgeable as well. Thanks for everything! The best car shopping experience ever! I came to Ray Catena Land Rover to look at the Range Rover sport and as a female it's quite intimidating. Women get the notion that people don't take I came to Ray Catena Land Rover to look at the Range Rover sport and as a female it's quite intimidating. Women get the notion that people don't take you seriously when it comes to car buying. However that was not the case for my experience... I had an awesome experience at this dealership! all because I had a great sales/leasing consultant working with me. I got lucky and got partnered up with James Mull. He is hands down the coolest, nicest friendliest guy I've ever dealt with, he's the real deal. He is truly someone who will make the whole car shopping experience comfortable, painless and a super smooth efficient process. He understood my needs and was able to get me what I was looking for.
