Lastly, Hal helped out with the necessary paperwork so that we wouldn't have to be detained at the dealership. My husband and I, over the past 41 years, have purchased many cars (new & old) and I have to say Ray Catena really knows how to do it right. The showroom is beautiful and immaculate and all the employees make a great presence. Everyone there seems to be proud to be a team member and their professionalism really shows through. Tom is one of those people in life where you can pull-up a chair next to and learn something new. His warm genuine personality and energy is just inviting. I left my Audi dealership in northern NJ, who also sells Land Rover, just based on my initial interactions with Tom. He is prompt and concerned to make you happy.
