Throughout my wait period, he maintained communication with me about how everything wa I had few issues with my vehicle. I explained all issues to TJ. TJ set me up with a courtesy vehicle in minutes. I was in the middle of my work day and his professional judgement saved ton of my time. I make service appointments months in advance and workload can be unpredictable. I did not have to explain any of these to TJ. More
