This dealership replaced the front and rear brake pads and calipers to aftermarket parts when I had them service the vehicle for a minor issue(replacing my windshield wiper blades). They changed these ori and calipers to aftermarket parts when I had them service the vehicle for a minor issue(replacing my windshield wiper blades). They changed these original prestine parts without my authorization and knowledge, I noticed the change when I was checking my tires and then took the car to another dealer who informed me the parts were changed to aftermarket parts. This situation is a disgrace, I worked so hard to purchase this vehicle and I was deceived by a Range Rover dealership , who when contacted denied that there was no wrongdoing, there response was, “we don’t know where your car has been!” The only place I ever serviced this car was Marlboro Land Rover. I also contacted the corporate headquarters and waiting for a response. More

Superlative Service with Precision My 2007 Jaguar XK has nearly 170,000 miles and is long out of warranty but I still return to Jaguar Marlboro for ALL required maintenance because I kn My 2007 Jaguar XK has nearly 170,000 miles and is long out of warranty but I still return to Jaguar Marlboro for ALL required maintenance because I know the required work will be done by certified Jaguar Technicians using only genuine Jaguar parts. The technicians are trained by Jaguar and have all the required diagnostic and specialty tools required to PROPERLY service my car. The same can't be said for independent service stations who work on many makes and models and may work on a jaguar only a few times a year. The service bay is immaculate, spacious and orderly and your vehicle is always returned freshly washed. They have earned my highest possible recommendation. More

Here everyone is treated special, and little did I know that curiosity in this case did not kill the cat! It was all needed to seal the deal.
