Excellent Car Buying Experience! I leased a Q50 after happening upon this dealership after a work event. Previously, I had visited the Edison location and had a poor experience. Everyone was very friendly and worked to accommodate me, even though it was later in the evening when I went in. In discussing what price I wanted to pay the Mark worked with me and showed me exactly what he was doing so I understood the price I was being quoted. I was torn between two different cars and when I explained what I liked about the other car, Mark worked with me to make sure I would be comfortable in the Infiniti. He went above and beyond anything I could have expected or imagined a dealership would offer. Frankly, this was the best experience I have ever had and I plan to not only return to this dealership but recommend others to this dealership. When compared to other dealerships the information the sales person Michael Aulson at RAYCATENA OF BRIDGEWATER provided was the best. sales people at other dealerships did not really bother explaining the features of the car in detail, this guys actually showed me how they worked. I am not goin to take names but at a dealership when i tried to bargain on the car price the sales guy just stood up from the chair and asked me walkout, is that the way you treat customers ? My experience with this dealership was the best . I give a 5START overall rating. It is been only three weeks i brought the carand hence I cannot talk on the quality of work. More
