Roy Salyer: Honest, professional, very responsive. I spent some time negotiating for a new QX60 during October 2015. I was hoping to use some equity from a trade-in. It turned out that my previous car I spent some time negotiating for a new QX60 during October 2015. I was hoping to use some equity from a trade-in. It turned out that my previous car had an accident which showed on the Carfax report. Roy was very open with me - educating me on what that meant for the equity in the car. He didn't try that trick I've seen at other places where they get you into the dealership and then tell you that there's no value in the trade-in. I appreciated the honesty. I stopped negotiation for 3 weeks and thought about my position - no pressure from Roy in the interim. He just contacted me again at the end of the month and said are you still interested - here are the current programs and we did the deal. I'm extremely happy with the car, the price, the responsiveness of everyone involved, but particularly with Roy as the lead on this deal. All the paperwork was ready for signing at the time stated and (even though the dealership was busy on the the last day of the month) the deal was done in an hour and my husband was driving away in the new vehicle. When I came in for the plates a month later, I got half an hour with Roy showing me more features of the car and a complementary car wash. I recommend this business. I leased an Infiniti from them and their lease numbers/calculations were a dollar off mine - very hard to find a dealer who values your knowledge of a lease calculation and meets your numbers. Mark and Roy were extremely helpful and they know how to sell a "luxury" experience. This is the second Ray Catena we are leasing - first one being from their Edison Infiniti dealership. More
