Long story short: dealer provided me with a nice Audi rental-had it for about a week or so, but dealer kept me informed daily. Eventually got my vehicle back. For being patient, .....they detailed it and filled the tank with gas. Ray Catina Audi dealer on the ball and made sure my ride was returned in working order..they are the best of the best of dealerships. More

Went in for an oil change and to replace my battery. It was the original battery from 2008 in a Audi A4 Quattro. When I got home I couldn't lock my door. I returned to dealer and they fixed it and for my t was the original battery from 2008 in a Audi A4 Quattro. When I got home I couldn't lock my door. I visited Freehold Audi to get a new battery in my Q3. While it was being serviced I approached Kiki, my previous salesperson. I was interested in the Q5 as my lease was going to be up in May 2020.
