Went in for an oil change and to replace my battery. It was the original battery from 2008 in a Audi A4 Quattro. When I got home I couldn't lock my door. I returned to dealer and they fixed it and for my t was the original battery from 2008 in a Audi A4 Quattro. When I got home I couldn't lock my door. I visited Freehold Audi to get a new battery in my Q3. While it was being serviced I approached Kiki, my previous salesperson. I was interested in the Q5 as my lease was going to be up in May 2020. Great Customer Service I have been pleased with my purchase since the moment I drove my car off the lot. Have done two oil changes with some recall repairs (nothing major) - I have been pleased with my purchase since the moment I drove my car off the lot. Have done two oil changes with some recall repairs (nothing major) - always done in a timely manner. ALL employees are polite and courteous in service. Wait area offers snacks, bagels, coffee, free wifi - I don't mind waiting, and there is a big screen tv. I was very disappointed they no longer have French Vanilla in the coffee machine. Oh, there was one rude female employee I forgot, she sits on the sales floor, by the other coffee machine. I strolled over to check that machine for French Vanilla and when I asked if they still had it, she was a little snippy in her reply - that they stopped offering it. In my professional opinion, her reply could have been I will let management know it was requested. Since the rest of the staff is so customer service savvy, her reply was not what I expected. More
