Took my Audi A6 in with a flat tire and no heat in the cabin. Met Tony who set me up with a loaner car and I was off. Got an update call telling me the heat situation was covered under warranty and that cabin. Met Tony who set me up with a loaner car and I was off. Got an update call telling me the heat situation was covered under warranty and that I could get away with replacing the flat tire and it's mate instead of all four. (44k miles on tires) I did purchase four new tires and had them aligned but was very pleased that Tony came up with a solution to save me money. That is how you build trust with a customer and working with Tony makes me glad I chose to purchase and service my car though Ray Catena Audi in Freehold. More

Took my 2017 Audi A6 for it's 40K maintenance. I was met at the door, introduced to my service rep Anthony Bruno, went over what would be serviced, got me into my loaner car and I was off. Received several texts giving me real-time updates of progress along with a video from my technician . Picked my car up after work which was washed and vacuumed. The gentleman who sold me the car, Ron Marvo , also stopped by to see how I was doing. Doesn't get much better then that. More

I have been extremely happy with this dealership from Sales to getting service. I needed help working the many functions my 2019 A5 has and they spent as much time as I needed. Long story short: dealer provided me with a nice Audi rental-had it for about a week or so, but dealer kept me informed daily. Eventually got my vehicle back. For being patient, .....they detailed it and filled the tank with gas. Ray Catina Audi dealer on the ball and made sure my ride was returned in working order..they are the best of the best of dealerships. More
