I have to say that I was blown away by the service here. I brought the car in for a 20k mile service and a recall issue, it was done to my utmost satisfaction. Worst service experience. I gave my Q5 for regular service and they didn't inform me about the broken CV boot of my front axle shafts. Now I have to shell out 3700$ from my po I gave my Q5 for regular service and they didn't inform me about the broken CV boot of my front axle shafts. Now I have to shell out 3700$ from my pocket for replacing the entire Axle shafts!! When someone checks the brake condition for a regular service, they wouldn't have noticed the entire wheel cover greased by the CV boot? How come anyone would have missed this? So they didn't check the brake pads too? The worst service experience someone could have received from Audi. I wouldn't recommend this service center. If there is a way to provide 0 stars, I would do that. 5/25/2022: I was able to reach someone from the service centre and after hours of explaining they said someone would reach me, but no one contacted me. More

Emailed Rob D’Andrea at Ray Catena Audi in Freehold regarding my car , he was at a seminar but emailed me right back and told me he would call the next day to help me. He was true to his word and called so we could discuss what service I needed and helped to schedule it and get me a loaner for when I came in. Rob is a manager who goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Rob and his team . They are all very personable and from the gentleman taking your car in to be worked on by the mechanics to the service agent John who worked with my husband and I on the additional repairs needed. My car and I received excellent service and I will be back for all future repairs needed on my Allroad. Thanks Rob and John my Allroad is running great. More
This is the second time I’ve tried to make an emergency appointment with this dealership. The first time was for a power steering issue and the most recent, for a convertible top malfunction. I was told that the earliest appointment was over a week away and, according to the service manager, the best they could do was take my name and phone number and call me back if there was a cancellation. I told him I couldn’t wait that long and needed my vehicle fixed as soon as possible. There was no offer of an emergency repair or a loaner vehicle. I originally purchased the vehicle from Ray Catena Toms River when the brand actually backed up it’s customer service claims. I’m very disappointed and needless to say I had the vehicle towed to another dealership, Audi of Eatontown, who went out of their way to get my vehicle in for the needed repair. More
The service at Ray Catena Audi in Freehold pretty much exceeds one’s expectations. I think that says everything from one who is very finicky about how her vehicle is handled. Ray Catena Audi of Freehold was very accommodating. I had to reschedule my 8 o’clock appointment until 11 am and it was done without discussion. When I arrived the Service Advisor, Michael Lopez,imme I had to reschedule my 8 o’clock appointment until 11 am and it was done without discussion. When I arrived the Service Advisor, Michael Lopez,immediately greeted me, established rapport, and discussed my service needs. Aside from the 10 k service, I also had a recall that I’d just received the day before. No problem. He got me out long before the expected time of 1 o’clock. Nice job on cleaning and vacuuming the 2021 Q5 too. Great service. More
Arrived a little early for a scheduled recall appointment and my 2021 Q5 was immediately taken into the immaculate service department, where I met Tony Watson.
