OVERPRICED Brought my car in for service, because it was the closest dealer to my house. I want to say the facility is impressive, but that's about it. The service seemed like they were trying to get me to pay for the place. I went in for a check engine light and was told everything that was going to go bad on my car, never given a cause, however , I needed a timing belt. Due to the age of my car I decided that while I was there I would look at a new car, here is where it gets good. I wanted a price, and was bombed by 4 different people . I don't want to go into details, however I called another dealer by the shore about my car in the shop, and they explained over the phone that a timing belt would not cause a check engine light to come on unless the car was running bad, and proceeded to tell me that yes my timing belt was due bases on time and mileage if the car is running fine something else is causing the light to come on. The person who I spoke with at the other dealer said bring it to us I won't even charge you too look at it. Needless to say I did bring it to them, it turned out to be a minor repair, which I was relieved. I decided to ask them for a price on a new car, and was shocked when they $2000.00 less than Ray Catena right off the bat. Summary- Shop around More

Alex spoke highly of their service department, so I decided to give them a try. I am so glad that I did. Once the appointment was set, I received a friendly email reminder of the service date. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Shawn Sosner, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My car was serviced, cleaned, and ready to go when they promised, it was very evident that they take pride in what they do. The showroom was amazing, a great place to spend some time while waiting for the service to be performed. Highly recommended. More

I was attended to immediately, the work was done as promised and I actually received a phone call to advise me my car was ready. When I returned the spotless loaner I was given and once again attended to immediately I was escorted to my car. It was returned to me in such pristine condition I had to be sure it was mine, it was a clean as when delivered as a new car. I even received a phone call the next morning asking if I was satisfied with my service experience. I can't say enough about my service advisor Michael and most of all Chris the service manager. The service this deanship provides is enough reason to gat a car there, a true Ray Catena experience. More

The level of customer service is amazing compared to my past Audi service visits at other locations. From the moment you enter the enclosed service department you know you are in a first class operation. (in the past I had to park out in a lot , many times in the rain and walk into a small service area to service my A8). You are greeted by a service member who will direct you to a service desk where you are taken care of without a wait. The write up process was painless and I was provided with a A8 loaner. Service manager Chris Gioffre made sure I was satisfied and taken care of properly throughout my service experience. My car was returned to me washed, serviced and repaired perfectly. I was so impressed by the dealership that I decided to purchase my next car from Ray Catena. More
