Rip off Purchased a new 2018 A5 Quatro that currently has 8300 miles. Two tires had to be replaced due to picking up nails. Paid $50 more for the replacemen Purchased a new 2018 A5 Quatro that currently has 8300 miles. Two tires had to be replaced due to picking up nails. Paid $50 more for the replacement of each tire than price at Good Year (for the same tire) but was told that I did not pay for the hazard insurance, that it CAME WITH the replacement tires. Call it what you want. I paid for the hazard insurance!! Following the replacement, one of the tires has to have air put in it every 3-4 days. I am a single woman and am out in the heat, cold and rain often so that I can dirve my car with hopes that I don't break down on the roads, or worse have a blow out. When brought back to them I was told there was nothing wrong with the tire. However, 3 days later it needed air again. Called back and in conversation was told the hazard insurance would probably not cover the repair. Tire goes from 38 lbs to 24 lbs. every 3 -4 days and dash displays a message that the tire is low in pressure. What else could it be? If it's not the tire than I fully expect that it should be under warranty. Was supposed to receive a call this morning, NOT. More

Brought my Q5 in for service and was greeted and treated with respect and courtesy. Joe Miller, service manager, made sure I was taken care of. Car problem was explained in detail and there were no tricks. There is something true when people say they are taken care of the "Catena" way. Will always recommend their company for anyone looking for a luxury vehicle. More

Great experience They did it again. I took my S5 in for service, I was offered a loaner. So I said to my service adviser, Jon, what do you have that's interesting? Fi They did it again. I took my S5 in for service, I was offered a loaner. So I said to my service adviser, Jon, what do you have that's interesting? First I was offered an A3, but he quickly withdrew that and offered me a 2017 A4 with a lot of on board toys. I took the car home and was more than pleasantly surprised. My wife took a drive with me, she loved the car. She said that she really liked the car and needed a change. We came back, the next night and drove away with a new car. Thank you all More
