Very disrespectful. The day after giving my credit card to hold the vehicle, I'm told that it was sold. I agreed to a different color combination. I was promised that the car would be waiting for me by 7pm. Later I was told that wasn't the case, it wouldn't be there until after 9. I was being spoken down to, being told that I would never find a deal like this. At one point I was suggested that I buy a Mercedes. I was told by Kiki that his management has his back. As a previous Ray Catena customer, and a member of their referral program, I'm very surprised the way I was treated. When you buy a new car, you want to have a positive experience. This was completely opposite. Price isn't everything, customer relationship is. More

The professional young ladies welcomed us and when we told them were just going to look around they immediately said to feel free and take all the time you need. It's only when we asked to see a salesperson we are introduced to Alex Demsky. We explained to him that we were interested in the Audi A6 and he was extremely helpful in showing an also explaining everything about the vehicle to us. So much so that we decided to take a test drive. Alex accompanied us and also suggested that my wife also drive the vehicle. We liked it so much we decided right there to purchase one. As it turned out we actually bought the vehicle we tested. We never told Alex that we had visited other dealerships that day including Lexus and Mercedes. It was because of Alex that we made the decision to purchase the Audi A6. He made it all easy. From financing to delivery and we could not be happier. Thanks again Alex!!!! More
