Lane explained and answered all my questions during my "test drive" experience with honesty and integrity. He did not pressure me into purchasing or leasing an Audi, which I personally respected. I was extremely happy that he was able to find the pearl white color I truly wanted within such a short period of time. Lane has excellent customer service skills and I would gladly recommend him to anyone who was in the market for purchasing or leasing an Audi. My Q3 is beautiful and a pleasure to drive. I truly love how it handles and would contact Lane for future leasing or purchasing another Audi. More

professional and quick leased a new audi q3 for my wife. first off the dealership is very clean and personnel are helpful and courteous. we used lane griffin and the entir leased a new audi q3 for my wife. first off the dealership is very clean and personnel are helpful and courteous. we used lane griffin and the entire purchase was handled quickly and professionally. I prequalified so the entire transaction took about an hour. lane handled everything unlike other places where you go from salesperson to sales manger to finance manger and back to sales. he took his time to answer all my wifes questions and she had a few given her non tecky nature. we used lane as months ealier when my wife was looking at potential vehicles he took her for a test drive and was honest with his answers. do not hesitate to use lane and freehold audi!
