First off, the facility is amazing, very clean, beautiful inside and I came on here to leave a review about our recent A8 purchase from Audi Freehold. First off, the facility is amazing, very clean, beautiful inside and out, and the staff very welcoming and professional. We have been long time Audi customers, but this was our first interaction with this new dealership. I want to thank everyone for their time and patience, especially Steve Stoop. He went above and beyond to help our family with a complicated purchase and overcome many hurdles. He really made us feel that we were taken care of and appreciated as customers. No matter what obstacle came up, Steve had a solution. After seeing many other dealers in the area, he was the only one who found us the exact car we wanted on the first try and had it immediately transferred to the dealership from another state when everyone else was saying that nothing was available, We are so happy with our new car and pleased with our dealership experience. Thank you, we will be back! More
