Recently we visited Audi Freehold and were very impressed by the level of professionalism and service they provided during our recent lease experience of a new A5 and A4. The process was streamlined, price negotiations I felt were done very professionally, and we felt great after leaving the dealership with the new cars! The dealership looks beautiful, everything is very clean, lots of amenities and snacks. Kiki Infante and Steve Stoop took great care of us and made it a great car buying experience. We will be back. Shopping for a new vehicle I have been a Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz customer for many years and I was in the market for a new car so I wanted to check out the Audi A8 and this new I have been a Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz customer for many years and I was in the market for a new car so I wanted to check out the Audi A8 and this new Freehold Dealership before I made a final decision on a Mercedes S Class. I made two visits to this dealership, the first at the end of September 2015, and the second on October 16, 2015. I was so impressed with the dealership especially dealing with Mr. Frankie Lopes. Sales Representatives make a very important impression on a car dealership and Mr. Lopes was top notch. I returned the second time because I felt Mr. Lopes was extremely professional and knowledgable. The manager was extremely good as well. No pressure was ever felt and they were all just above and beyond most dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership to those who are interested in Audi. You will be treated very well and the showroom is true quality. More

Wonderful Experience I am temporarily disabled and the lease on my wife's car was coming to an end. I couldn't get to the showroom to do a deal so sales rep Phil Orapello I am temporarily disabled and the lease on my wife's car was coming to an end. I couldn't get to the showroom to do a deal so sales rep Phil Orapello brought a car to my home, took my wife for a test drive, then made the negotiations and lease deal easy and fun (the way it should be). He then delivered the car to our home, went through all of the features with my wife, then returned to install the license plates. It doesn't get any better than this! I can only rate this type of customer care as outstanding. More

I saw PHIL KATZ whom I've dealt with in the past and trusted; and who I knew would "do the right thing" for me. PHIL is a consummate professional, so patient and knowledgeable.
