I purchased 2017 Ford Explorer. The sales staff was excellent. The vehicle needed some repairs which they did. Deb (Service Manager) first wanted me to pay for a tire covered under the tire plan. Told her we traded the vehicle and no longer needed it. She said “You can’t do that!!”. She then said that “Well we’l covered under the tire plan. Told her we traded the vehicle and no longer needed it. She said “You can’t do that!!”. She then said that “Well we’ll eat the cost!”.
