Wow! A used car dealer who cares? As a general rule, I don't like used car dealers. They were there to help in a tough situation - my regular commuter car broke down with a very expensive problem. I came to Rausch and Frankin took great care of me. I got just the right car that I needed and a great price, plus I got an "everything but routine" maintenance warrantee to cover anything that might go unexpectedly wrong. Rausch is family owned and takes care of their customers for one simple reason - they want you to be a return customer. Enter Rausch Motors, LLC, I met Marty who assisted me with my purchase. Marty was very personable and I immediately felt comfortable and trusted him. The car I ended up purchasing was a BMW X-3. Before I bought the X-3 I opted to take it to Schomp BMW in Highlands Ranch for a bumper to bumper inspection. The technician at Schomp BMW, Mike Gibson, said it was a great car.
