Absolutely terrible service from sales to owner too Sold me a car without the key for the locking lug nuts!!! What an awful experience all around. Started with Mark the salesman who would not budge a penny literally, which in car sales is kind of unheard of. After trying to negotiate I said to him politely let's agree to disagree and not waste anymore of each other's time. He responded very rudely " well it's to late for that" and hung up. Very unprofessional! I ended up buying the car still and dealing with the owner Bob. I thought I was done but six months later when I was trying to change my brakes I realized that the key for the locking lug nuts was not in my car and I am 100% certain it never was. My car is clean like the day I bought it. Absolutely immaculate, nothing inside ever except the necessary paperwork. After some serious headaches try to figure this out on a weekend, I called the dealership to ask how this happened. Bob said it's been six months and anything could have happened. How insulting that not only Bob but another employee basically tried to blame me like I lost it. Again I am 100% certain that this key was not in my car when they sold it to me. After trying to negotiate with Bob he asked me for receipts for parts and labor but I did the work myself with a friend. I didn't keep the tool receipts, I didn't expect to be asked for them like a childs doctor note. I tried explaining the headaches I went through and that I wouldnt want someone to be sold a car without the ability to remove the tires. What if I got a flat before this? The owner Bob would not do anything to make up for this nightmare. They should be ashamed of the way they treat people. This is not right and even the owner doesn't seem to care at all. More
