First time Lese I have never bought or leased a new car so I was a little scared to do it alone. I was afraid I woud get pressured and jerked around. However, what I I have never bought or leased a new car so I was a little scared to do it alone. I was afraid I woud get pressured and jerked around. However, what I experienced was an afternoon of meeting some really nice people, having some funny conversations, getting all the information I wanted, and leaving with a brand new leased car with the exact options I wanted. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Several people came over to just say "Hello" to me and make sure I was getting what I needed. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and I left feeling good about the transaction I had made. More
Issues noticed after getting home First visit was for an oil change. When exiting my garage (I had been home after the oil change for about an hour) I noticed several spot of fresh oil First visit was for an oil change. When exiting my garage (I had been home after the oil change for about an hour) I noticed several spot of fresh oil on my garage floor. Concerned, I check to be sure the new oil filter didn’t have fresh oil around the seal and that the oil cap was snug. After a day or two there was no more fresh oil on my garage floor. Just a clean up job. Spilled oil during the oil change must have been the culprit. Second visit was to replace (as per recall) the passenger side air bag and an oil change in my wife’s 2010 Fit. When she took it to work the following Monday she noticed the upper glove box opened/closed with some difficulty.. I took a look and saw right away that the dash board cover (that sits on top of the airbag) is bowing up right in the middle of the glove box causing the parts to rub together. I tried to press it down but stopped short not wanting to set off the airbag. Just grateful I had coupons for the oil changes. Attention to detail seems to be overlooked by the technicians. More

Not so with Rapids Honda. I was connected with Chad Zastrow in the service department, who was a real pleasure to work with in resolving my issues. We made an appointment, he solved my transportation issues, made sure the price quoted was competitive and even saved me a good deal of money when it was found that I had forgotten that one of the issues had been completed a year prior. From first to last it was a very good experience and in the future I will be doing all my business with Rapids Honda. More

Needed new car Came in for a test drive. Wasn't quite sure of make and model of car I wanted. Heard good reviews with Honda vehicles. I test drove the Honda Civic an Came in for a test drive.
