When we walked in, no one greeted us. Everyone just stopped and stared at us from all directions. No one said anything. Seriously. Just stared at us. The only reason we finally interacted with someone is because we needed the restroom. Wade proceeded to help us. We knew which cars we wanted to look at. He then pushed that we should try a Lincoln you had. When we test drove it, there was a reader for clearing codes sitting on the console. Then when we test drove it the car began to shake and the check engine light came on twice. He kept trying to sell us this one for some reason. Even after we stated we did not want it. He did his job as he was supposed to I guess but I didn’t like the feeling I got. In the end we took the car we came in for. When we brought the information to the credit union, we were told you were selling the car for more than what it said it was worth. I didn’t want to argue it at that point and just came in and paid. I am a very loyal costumer and will always come back as long as I feel like ppl are truthful. I really just did not trust the feel of your location. It is already an uncomfortable feeling when you are shopping for cars. More

Lease of 2019 Honda Fit - New Made a lease. Wish I had asked to compare to purchasing in terms of overall payments, etc. Will see how 12,000 miles works with occasional long trip Made a lease. My hunch is we will be buying it after the lease is finished. Overall, a great experience. Some costs hidden so not sure I got the best deal. I understand how this works for the dealer. For the customer (not a frequent purchase anyone makes) it would be better to opt in to various add-ons rather than just being showed the bundled amount with pretty much every option available include. But there was no pressure, the car is great, thought the dealership was great and enjoyed working with Roger Thomas. Definitely a good guy. Probably standard concerns. We'll avail ourselves of the options. Might not have gotten them if we'd taken more time but being we have them, will enjoy them. This is basically what I typed in review from a different request by Honda. More
