I searched online to find new location he went too and saw some bologna feedback on here. My extended family and freinds have purchased a total of 36 vehicles over the years from Brent going way back when he first started selling and I wouldn't refer people that trust me too anyone else. Some of these comments defy logic to me when I've dealt personally with this man 16 times myself and NEVER had one thing to complain about. And believe you me I'm a hard customer to earn respect from for automobile dealerships before Iet this guy. "He was out of the office three weeks and couldn't sign anything so nothing was getting done" ? What the heck are all these other people working here for why should he personally have to do everything? obviously words spoken from somebody without even having enough intelligence for a cognitive thought at all. Like I said I bought a new Suzuki 11 months ago and I'm just posting this year cause I can't stand to see those kind remarks when I know better Phaedon try to remedy it I'd be just as guilty as the ridiculous party that posted it in the first place. Wherever he went I will follow and so will everybody who wants to be treated fairly with honest service after we give them our money. More
I've followed this owner "Brent " for 9 I've followed this owner "Brent " for 9 years through 3 dealers he worked for that I'm aware of. Not sure. However his cell phone number was given to me at my initial purchase and I've just called him when I've needed a car or had a referral for him. My wife and I just chatted about what happened to him the other day and Both of us are very upset that a person so seemingly "good hearted " and as hard as he worked that his dream could be taken away after going that far. Never fear Brent. You will be back on top before you know it. You have supporters out here that you aren't aware of. ...Chin up More
I traded in my vehicle in for a newer vehicle at Rapid Motors on the 9th of March. As of today April 5th my vehicle that I traded in has not been paid off yet and I have yet to recieve the documents so t Motors on the 9th of March. As of today April 5th my vehicle that I traded in has not been paid off yet and I have yet to recieve the documents so that I can go pay for my sales tax and license. Rapid Motors also agreed to pay me an extra $216 to make me a satisfied customer as of today April 5th I have not recieved that yet either. I am not the only person that seems to be having this problem either. I know at least 3 other people that are waiting on the same thing. The owner Brent Bednarz has not been into the office for office 3 weeks to sign his name to anything so nothing is getting done. I will never buy a car from this dealership again nor would I ever recommend this dealership to anyone either. I will be contacting an lawyer. People beware if you buy a car from this company they will screw you over. More
This is now the 4th oil change I have had at Rapid Motors. The staff at Rapid Motors is extremely friendly and helpful.I have purchased mine and my daughters vehicles here and I would never use anothe Motors. I bought a vehicle from Rapid Motors about a month ago and it has been a nightmare ever since. They would not work with me any way. All they were trying to do was pull whatever they could on me to make a and it has been a nightmare ever since. They would not work with me any way. All they were trying to do was pull whatever they could on me to make a quick buck. They did not care about helping me out as the customer or trying to work with me . My new car was not detailed when I brought it home. Carpet and windows were dirty. There were 3 rock chips in the hood which I did not notice when I picked it up. They made excuses and did not seem to know how to do it, even after several requests of the salesman, service department manager and dealership owner. Many of the features on the vehicle were not pointed out to me. I read the Manual to figure out how to use them. I do not have a lot of confidence in the dealer's knowledge or integrity related to my new vehicle. More
