Doug was very helpful right from the beginning. When I started to look over 2 weeks ago I wasn't even sure if I could afford the car I wanted. He had a car for me by the next day, exactly what I was looking for but more features then I could even dream. He let me test drive it for a few days. Chris Brown called me with different payment options and prices in 2 days and buy that evening I owned the car. Since I had to have my mother on the loan, Doug sent an employee out to her home to have her sign, she is 80 years old and this was very helpful. After the deal was all done, Doug spent over 1/2 hour with me explaining how many of the features on the car worked. This was very helpful to someone who is not all that good with gadgets and this car has a lot of them. The customer service and friendly staff is really something your dealership should be proud of. I decided it would be best to buy a new car at the same payment. Peter had sent me an offer and it was time to take advantage of it. When I arrived, I discovered Peter had been promoted, so he hooked me up with Mark. I told Mark what I needed, and he gave me three perfect choices. It simply came down to my preference. He even allowed me to take the paperwork home to my sick wife to have her sign it so we could finish the transaction today and I wouldn't be without a car. They got me in a 2014 model and within $5 of my previous payment. A newer, safer car at the same price? Sold! Simply put, this is the best staff in the business.
