very frustrating, huge hassle, nothing but lies I would NOT recommend Randy Wise or the salesman, Gary Tinnin. Put us into a car , 3 days later, the transmission goes out. Out of the fi4st month Ihad the vehicle, I had it in my possession maybe 5 days total. Gary Tinnin is a pathological liar who will try to sweet talk you into a vehicle, makes promises that won't be kept, and flirt with your wife when you are not around. Horrible experience, Tried to talk to Chris Wise and he would never return our calls about this matter. This dealer is a joke. Brad Miller is another employee who just isnt helpful. Gives a loaner vehicle to us, then a day later doesn't know where said vehicle is, so he makes a police report saying its stolen. So basically, rode around in a stolen car for 2 weeks. Have fun trying to talk your way out of a stolen vehicle when you get pulled over. More

Excellent day at an excellent dealer!!! I went in to purchase an oil filter for my Dodge Stratrus and was referred to the service department for additional needed repairs. My car would not b I went in to purchase an oil filter for my Dodge Stratrus and was referred to the service department for additional needed repairs. My car would not be the same if it were not for that referral. I hadn't notice that my belts were loosening and that my water pump was leaking. They finished all of this in less than an hour. Absolutely amazing!!!! More

We drove one Jeep and it was nice but decided that we wanted one with a towing package. So we drove another one and liked it. Kelly was very helpful and very friendly with us. The next day when I stopped by the dealership on my way to work, Kelly was busy with another customer, so Peter approached me and I said that if they would pay off my Impala, I would get the Jeep. So Peter and Kelly worked to get that approved. I am very happy with my purchase. More

Very Happy :) I found the truck I wanted at a different dealership and called Randy-Wise to see if they could beat the price. Kelly beat the price no problem, she' I found the truck I wanted at a different dealership and called Randy-Wise to see if they could beat the price. Kelly beat the price no problem, she's very personable and sweet, she cares about each customer. I made a comment how I wish the truck had a mirror in the drivers seat visor. When I went to sign for it and pick it up, I was happily surprised to find she had gotten me a clip in mirror. She also hid cute little pink sticky notes all over in my truck for me to find, they read things like, "Enjoy your truck!" "You're awesome!" It's the small little touches that I will remember and I would recommend Randy-Wise and Kelly French to anyone looking to buy a Chrysler or Dodge. I LOVE my truck. More
