Walking in the door I was considered an equal to my husband as a prospective buyer. Upon hearing that it would be my mini van she mostly worked with me. I knew what I wanted but not down to the details. She was helpful in asking pointed questions of what I wanted so we didn't have to look at more than three mini vans to find the right one for me.
