Randy's Wise's website let me find that information without hunting. They also have pictures of the actual vehicles which made me feel more confident about what I was seeing. One dealership used all stock pictures of a silver car, no matter the actual color. That did not expedite my search! Then, when I was ready to ask for an explanation of the codes used for incentives, I called Randy Wise Chevrolet, was connected to Dave Olson, and he answered everything in detail without industry jargon that I have no glossary for. When he gave me pricing on specific cars, he went through exactly how it was calculated. And while he asked qualifying questions and encouraged me to visit, I didn't feel I had to make a decision on the spot. The entire experience was easier and much more pleasant than I expected. There are several closer dealerships, but it was worth the 26 mile trip. More

I was in the market for a specific model of used car, HHR SS. Randy Wise Chevrolet had a very good, Certified Pre-Owned model at a very attractive price. Following this, I had a couple of items I wanted taken care of before making the purchase. Randy Wise Chevrolet and Tim Johnson made these requests happen without an issue. They were accommodating and flexible, which I really appreciated. I actually was looking to make my purchase in another week or two, but the attitude and flexibility sold me on making my purchase early. In addition, the sale of most vehicles today includes the offer of additional warranty products. Fortunately, there was no hard sell at all. I prefer, when possible, to work on my own vehicles still, so an extended warranty over and above the CPO product isn't desirable to me. There was absolutely no pressure, which is a big turn off to me. Overall, I am very happy so far. We shopped around at several dealerships in the area before going to Randy Wise in Clio. Visiting Hank Graff in Davison we noticed the prices were very high, at Patsy Lou Williamson in Flint the salesma before going to Randy Wise in Clio. Heather Knight at Randy Wise was able to get my husband into the car that he wanted for the price we were able to pay. They were never pushy about selling us something we didn't want. The staff was More than willing to do what was necessary to make us feel comfortable. They took what could have been a nightmare and made it so easy. They also gave us good money for our trade in. I would highly recommend that anyone who is in the market for a new or used car to check out Randy Wise in Clio.
