I purchased a used vehicle in January of 2012, I was pressured by Kim Gatz into purchasing the "platinum" extended warrenty. So I did, and a few months later, I received a letter from the warrenty comp pressured by Kim Gatz into purchasing the "platinum" extended warrenty. So I did, and a few months later, I received a letter from the warrenty company stating that my vehicle did not qualify for the platinum coverage and was dropped to the silver package. I tried to contact Kim Gatz several times and left several voicemails and I never got a response. I even contacted the used cars manager and told him my situation and he said "he will look into it"....yeah, no call back from him either. I would not recommend this dealership because If you end up having a problem, the employees there don't know how to deal with it. Its funny that everyone is so nice to you and as soon as they get your money they forget who you are. More

We purchased a used Saturn Vue from Tim Johnson. We were very happy with Tim's attention to our requests in that we live about an hour away from the dealership.
