Randy Wise Chevrolet

I bought a chev Tahoe from Dan ( big tall guy with dark short hair) and from the moment I brought it home I have had problems....heater, battery, surpintine belt, heated seat stop working gas gaudge reads short hair) and from the moment I brought it home I have had problems....heater, battery, surpintine belt, heated seat stop working gas gaudge reads wrong and the tranny is slipping and my loan was for 10,000!!! When I relized the rear heater didn't work I had to pay and extra $300 to get it fixed from randy wise offered to split it with me well it was winter and my CHIlDREN needed heat!!! When I relized my transmission was starting to slip Dan called me for a courtesy call and asked me how it was going I told him horrible well then he said come out and maybe we can figure something out so we came out there and talked to Dan and he said he would work on it and get back with us!!!!! He never called again!!!!! 10,000 under and NOT happy!! He could have already called and said I can't find nothing but I will keep u in mind and keep working in it! I also had to chane the axel in the front and other little thing that I won't get into!!! Not a happy customer at all!!!!!!!! More

I was planning to buy a truck in the fall but, I had started to surf the net trying to decide what features I wanted and so on. One day I had inadvertantly typed in a year newer truck than I was looking started to surf the net trying to decide what features I wanted and so on. One day I had inadvertantly typed in a year newer truck than I was looking for and I stumbled accross the truck I now own purchased from Randy Wise Chevrolet of Flint. I live in Milwaukee, WI and Randy Wise beat any comparable truck in my neck of the woods by thousands. I purchased the truck over the phone and internet all the while getting excellent customer service. Jacobi answered my emails well into the night, long after the dealership had closed. I then rented a car and drove to flint to pick up my new truck. They drove my truck to the airport, I drove the rental car to turn in, and the courier drove to DMV to get the temperary plates and then to the airport to meet us there. I left with my new truck from the airport. After I returned home, Jacobi called me the next day to make sure I had made it safely and asked how I like the truck. A few days later, I was unable to find the wheel lock key. After a few quick emails with Jacobi, I found it. It was nothing but excellent customer service from start to finish. Obviously I can't speak of the service department as I won't be taking it there for service. But, the used car dealership was great. If I had anything negative to say it would be to question all the features that are listed in the ad. The ad stated that the truck had remote start. It didn't. It also said there were new tires. There was only one new tire. For the record the truck I bought had everything I was looking for and it was a certified pre-owned vehicle. So, if you know what you want and you've done your homework, I'd take a look at Randy Wise. I'd do it again if they had a vehicle I was looking for. More
