Steering module needed replacement on 2008 Malibu that had 40,000 miles. Had gone to another GM dealership and was charged $79 for repair estimate and told repair would be approximately $733 ( minus $79 e had 40,000 miles. Mr. Hampton authorized a goodwill repair and only charged $100 deductible. Since we are on Social Security the savings was greatly appreciated. A 4 door, mid-size sedan with good MPG, low mileage, and would last 10 years. They had quite a few cars like this. I ended up with a car that was a lot better then I thought it would be and still met the criteria I was looking for. The price is the price, but the sales rep (Nick)moved fast, was knowledgeable about what they had, I was treated well, they handled things with professionalism. I arrived at 9am and left at 12ish. Would have been earlier, but for some customers ahead of me who took a long time getting their financing in order. More
