Already gave up on their new car sales...always running to boss. But I liked the service area. Went yesterday for an oil change (10-12-11). Drove in service area and got out of my car. Three stations--one was on the phone, two were talking at the second, and finally the third walked by me (mumbling somthing) and got on his computer. I felt like a fool standing there waiting for someone to even acknowledge me which didn't happened. It was 2 minutes to 1 p.m. and maybe it was lucnch but employees should be somewhere else because it leaves a bad taste to customers when they are visable and yet ignore a customer. By the way, I purchased my new Buick from a different dealership...won't go the the Fenton (Owen road) one ever again. Got my oil change at Patsy Lou. Thanks Randy Weiss team...FOR NOTHING. Picked up a 2009 Mini Cooper on 06/09/11, It came with only one key. I was promised a second Key, As of today 08/31/11 I have not seen a Key. Once Matt knew what we were looking for, he did an excellent job finding a vehicle that matched our price point. He was very good at responding quickly to all emails and phone calls. I would recommend Randy Wise as a first stop in searching for a new vehicle. This is a first class dealership. Don Nord was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with to purchase a new car. He was responsive to my every request. He handled all the communications with the GMCARD. After suffering significant damage to the front of my Honda Civic, I contacted my insurance provider, USAA for a list of recommended body shops in the Fenton, MI area. I was thrilled to find out that the Honda Civic, I contacted my insurance provider, USAA for a list of recommended body shops in the Fenton, MI area. I was thrilled to find out that they had a direct repair relationship with Randy Wise Buick and GMC, which is right down the road. As a veteran and extremely satisfied USAA customer, I knew I could trust that they would endorse only the best. That was relief number one. Overall, my experience was as enjoyable as possible, in a situation where your car is in disrepair. Angela Hetcel was patient and thorough throughout the process. I was relieved that Randy Wise provides loaner cars at no cost for those of us who don't carry rental coverage on our insurance. Angela set me up with a loaner and sent me on my way. The repairs took just under 2 weeks, so you can imagine what the out-of-pocket rental car cost would have been for me, but instead I was stress-free, driving a dealership loaner. Angela checked in with me numerous times throughout the 2 week wait, keeping me in the loop about the status of my claim, as well as the progress on my vehicle's repairs. When I picked up my car, it literally looked brand new. I couldn't be happier with their service and attention to detail. I would seriously recommend this shop to anyone...especially considering that in my experience, a number of shops do not provide loaners, and are not NEARLY as approachable/friendly. More
My experience with Randy Weiss has been fabulous. I have purchased my last 2 leases from them and so have my parents. Charlie Burgee has been awesome. Whenever anything goes wrong, he is there to help...always!! We were in a car accident on father's day (June 18th) in our 6 mos. old Acadia. Unfortunately, it wasn't totalled and had $16,000 worth of damage. It took 59 days and that really didn't even bother me because they gave me a nice car to drive. Anyhow, I got it back with a bad smell. I was going to wait it out for 2 days to see if it lessened. Well, 2 days later coming home from the waterpark in Waterford, our car started smoking bad. I had 4 girls in the car and it was Friday night at about 5:45. I pulled right off on 75 by Dixie highway and a guy said I was leaking transmission fluid. My 10 year old was crying because she thought our car ws going to explode after the car accident in this same vehicle. My husband was at his class reunion and my parents were out of town, so I called Randy Weiss and talked to Don from the body shop. Of course, he apologized and called Fenton towing and was going to take care of it. Unfortunately, their flatbed was in Mt. Morris so we waited a little over 2 hours. I was just glad to see them and understand that things were out of my hand. They gave us a Jeep Grand Cherokee to drive home. All is well and again Randy Weiss has been fabulous, but this latest ordeal wasn't great. To finally get my car back, after they almost had to completely rebuild it, and to then 2 days later have such a big problem is disappointing. I am sure they will rectify the situation, but I am not really happy with this latest issue. THey had 59 days to do it right and then to have that big issue happen. Again, I have been 100% pleased with all the aspects of the Randy Weiss dealership, but hope this last snag doesn't happen again. More
