The car was incredibly overpriced for the damage d If I wasn’t in such a hurry to move, I wouldn’t have bought the 2013 Equinox from this dealer ship. The car was incredibly overpriced for the damage done to it. The car wasn’t even detailed when I got it, it had rust on the passenger doors, the fabric was ripped inside, and it smelled like an actual cigarette. They were totally unwilling to budge on price because “ they were already losing money on it” at this point nor were they willing to offer any assistance in helping me get this fixed other than getting me a quote. I know have to pay near $1000 dollars out of pocket to get it fixed. I know that I’m mostly at fault for a lot of this because I signed the paperwork but I will not buy from this dealership again nor will I refer anyone to this place at all. Noelle was incredibly polite and did everything to help me get the credit application done but bearing how the car was presented to me, I suggest you go elsewhere because you will be treated better and will pay a fair price. More
