I have been to this dealership twice for body work on my car. Both times I have received friendly and high quality service. I was walked through the process dealing with insurance, provided a rental car o car. Both times I have received friendly and high quality service. They always go out of there way to make sure I am happy with the service provided. I would recommend this dealership body shop to anyone. Hopefully I won't need anymore body work on my car in the future, but if I do I will call them! More

I would like to start off by saying I am a first time car leaser, at the age of 22 and I was going into the process almost blind as to how the process works and the questions I should be asking. I was recommended to Dale Payne from my grandparents and I completely understand now why. He was patient, honest and answered all and any questions I had plus those I didnt know to ask. He helped me select the car that fit my needs and worked with me to achieve a price I could afford. I could not be more happy with the service I received while working with Dale Payne and the Randy Wise Buick Dealership staff. I would reccommend and en encourage any new car buyers to see him. It is hard to find honesty when you are a first time car buyer, everything was exactly as we discussed, there were no surprise charges at the end. I truly appreciate his help and I am completely satisfied with both my new car and the quality, caring treatment I received while working with Dale. I will be back to see him again! More
We came to Randy Wise looking for a vehicle. Jared Pfeiffer went out of his way to help us get exactly what we wanted. He was a very friendly, honest, salesman. He was not pushy at all. I would not reccomend this dealership because, I took a test drive in an Impala on Saturday 3/24/2012 and checked all equiptment. I found everything in working order but noticed some vibration in the front test drive in an Impala on Saturday 3/24/2012 and checked all equiptment. I found everything in working order but noticed some vibration in the front end at 70 MPH and reported it to Nick Porritt. I also noticed the tires were low on pressure and also informed Nick. Nick said to me that he would have the tires balanced or check the balance, He did not. I also told Nick if we could get the car out the door for the advertised price we would have a deal. He asked me when I could bring my truck in for an appraisal and I told him I could on Monday the 26th so we set an appointment for 9:00am and I was ther a few minutes early. Nick seemed like a very pleasant person and I thought we had a deal until the paper work was presented and I found we were no longer with the original price out the door. Nick did however take $200.00 off of the extra $478 or $487 wichever the amount he came up with but this was not what I had expected. So I paid him the extra money and assumed the tires were taken care of. I had not seen the car until after he had me sign the papers. I drove off with the car and about 30 minute down the road I tried to roll down the drives side window only to find it did not work. I immediately called the dealership and asked for Nick and had to leave a message. I had not heard back from him and called again saturday early evening with same results. I called at least 2 more times on Sunday with no results.Went to dealership Monday morning and met with Nick in the lot. I said I've tried to reach you 4 or 5 times and have not heard back from you. Nick said his phone didn't work and I said I am sure ther are phones inside and he said there were not phones inside. I asked how do you do business without phones? When I went inside there were phones at every desk including his. I heard other sales personell talking on phones. Anyway Nick says he did not tell me he would have the tires balanced and I had a reciept for aa new power window motor that I replaced since he would not call me back. The last call I made to him on sunday I told the receptionist the trouble I was having as to contacting Nick and that the window didn't work and something was wrong with the transmission. Monday I showed up with the reciept and the replaced motor asking for a refund for the purchase price of the motor $62.02. I was told no because I signed the AS IS paperwork. Yes I did sign it but did not know the window did not work until after signing. I asked the tall guy that Nick sent to talk with me if he was going to let a $62 part get in the way of customer satisfaction? I was so upset I didn't even get to the transmission. This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE experience I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. All of the tires were 16-19lbs low the vibration hadn't been taken care of heck they didn't even wash the car before delivery. I normally would not let a little thing like a $62 part bother me so much but, Selling you a car and only getting 30 minutes away and having a problem in wich the salesman couldn't return a call and then using " YOU SIGNED THE AS IS PAPERS" As some sort of excuse to not at least reimburse me for the part (No Labor) just the part. He could have at least returned my call and let me know that customer satisfaction is not a priority and saved me the long drive. I have bought many cars and trucks in the past 34 years and every vehicle purchase was very pleasurable until I went to Randy Wise Buick. I will be certain to get the word out if this dealer is more committed to $62 than making a loyal customer. So if you test drive a vehicle from this dealer and like the vehicle, when you return to purchase it BE SURE to check it out again before you sign the AS IS or they don't care. Thirty minutes off the lot! More
