That same day my husband found a 2006 Dodge Charger he wanted. Once again Matt got us a great trade in on my husbands car (we still owed on it). We couldn't be happier with this dealership. We have been to others in the area, but the people here at the Fenton location were super nice, super friendly and not the typical "used car salesmen" we all have encountered before. This is the 3rd time in 8 months I have had to visit dealership. My right front door has been hit twice and the rear right door latch was sticking. The dealership takes care of you from the time you call even after you drive off the lot. They have definitely kept the 'service' in customer service. Congenial, Competent people without being patronizing is refreshing and the reason I keep coming back. Thank you Randy Wise! No, Kenny is not ugly, especially when he smiles and tells you your car is ready sooner than they thought and it's cleaned inside and out! More

Randy Wise GMC is the worst dealership by far I have ever encountered. I recently purchased a certified vehicle from this dealership and have had nothing but bad experiences. I bought the car with a crack ta encountered. I recently purchased a certified vehicle from this dealership and have had nothing but bad experiences. I bought the car with a crack tailight they promised to replace the next week. After calling them multiple times, in which many cases I was put on hold for over an hour or hung up on, it was finally replaced THREE MONTHS later after calling Kyle Canada and demanding it be done (which this was also in my sales contract and they tried to refuse to do it). Turns out they never ordered the part. When I went in for my 50,000 mile check I was told everything was fine besides a problem with my tire balance which I took back to belle tire for. Turns out my shocks, struts and brakes were all bad. My car was still certified at this point. Yesterday I took my car back for regular maintenance and they told me my trans lines were bad. Upon taking it to another mechanic it turns out my "Trans lines, front brakes, front rotors, front struts, front struts and tire sensor (that happened to go out right after the rotated my tires)" were all bad. I was also told at this point that most of this has been bad since I bought the car. Thank you Randy Wise for selling me a certified vehicle that never could have been certified in the first place. This dealership is a bunch of crooks that have scammed me at this point out of about $3,000. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! More

It only took around 20 minutes and my repaired and freshly washed car was returned to me. I have always gotten good service and care for my car at Randy Wise and it has always been in a very friendly and helpful manner. More

Not only was my wife's Envoy in for what turned out to be major repair of wheel hub bearings and the front transfer case, but my 09 Saturn Vue acted up with an electrical problem that would drain the b to be major repair of wheel hub bearings and the front transfer case, but my 09 Saturn Vue acted up with an electrical problem that would drain the battery. Two cars out of commission was particularly stressful because of my wife’s appointments and my business needs. We've been with Randy Wise Service before and they are top notch. Whether Mike Wilson or Mike Skodak, you will get top first -rate attention. Skodak drew the short straw this time because of our need for vehicles while our cars were being repaired. The problem compounded when I had to get a rental because of business out of State. Very hectic week getting the insurance adjuster looking at my wife's car and Ron McNeice (excellent mechanic) trying to find the Saturn bug. Mike Skodak easily had 15 - 20 calls into us with information on the latest status.
