Dayna then introduced me to Nick Porritt who helped secure the best rate on my financing, and he was very friendly and helpful on explaining all of the added benefits of the extended warranty programs. Nick also was very patient with my questions and helped me get all of the documentation ready on my purchase. We bought a used car in December from Dayna, she is wonderful to work with. The problem I am having with your dealership is when we came up on a Monday night, drove 1hr and 30 mins to buy the car and e wonderful to work with. The problem I am having with your dealership is when we came up on a Monday night, drove 1hr and 30 mins to buy the car and everyone knew we were coming because we had been there on saturday to test drive it, and after being there most of the evening we find out 2 weeks later that they didnt have u sign all of the right paperwork to get our new tags. We ended up sitting at the DMV for 3 hours waiting to have everything sent down so we could get our new license plates. I even had to leave work 2 hours early to go and sign papers 30 minutes away since we didnt sign them the day we bought them. Now, today, my husband scheduled our first oil change and the first so many are free for so many miles, he gets to our local dealer to have it changed and come to find out your dealership never registered our car. So now him and my 8 month old have been sitting there for an 1.5 hrs waiting for your people to get the paperwork to them. He isnt leaving until it is done because the least anyone can do is give us free oil change. We will not be coming back to you or referring anyone. It is to bad because Dayna was wonerful, but it was the people behin the scenes that continually messed it up. NO ORGANIZATION! More
