Wow! I was impressed. I needed routine service on my vehicle, as well as body work. The routine service was provided and I was informed throughout the way of the entire process of the repair of costs a vehicle, as well as body work. I have never taken a vehicle for bodywork at a dealership, as we have always used a local, reputable body shop. When I took my vehicle in for the initial routine service, the "body man" Kenny also took a look at my vehicle and let me know what services he would provide to repair my vehicle. Randy Wise is a State Farm authorized facility therefore I didn't have to wait for a accident investigator or take my vehicle to 3 other shops for comparative pricing they took care of everything from start to finish AND they provided me with a free loaner until my vehicle was done. Paint match was perfect and the entire interior had been detailed spotless; AWESOME. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know... family and friends. I had to bring my car in to have the front bumper replaced after another vehicle ripped it off in a parking lot. My overall rating is 3.5 stars. I first worked with Kenny then switched to Angela. I was pleased with the repair work however I expected that my car would have been washed after the repair work was completed. In fact when Angela called me at 8 am to tell my car would be ready today June 19, 2013 she said they were putting it back together and going to clean it up. I thought that meant wash it, I guess it didn't because the only part that was clean was the bumper. She didn't call me back until after 4 pm to let me know it was ready for pick up. Perhaps cleaning the car is not part of the service given when collision work is done and I hesitate to mention it as I really don't know. However I will say that the last time my bumper was replaced, October 2010, I was very pleased by the appearance of my car when I picked it up. It was clean and very nice looking. Seeing my car put back together and looking great made all the difference. That is why I am giving a rating of 3.5 stars for this experience, it just doesn't measure up to the last time. More
