I was recently in the market for a used vehicle for my son, who is a college student. I wanted a reliable vehicle at an affordable price. I explained to her what I was looking for, the time constraints, and the fact that I lived a distance from the dealership. She was very professional, and friendly, and followed through on exactly what she said she would do. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that she showed me, at what I feel was a very fair price. When I returned to sign the paperwork the following day, it was a very simple process. Dayna had everything ready to go, and I was in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes. Following the purchase of the vehicle, there was a small issue with the vehicle. I contacted Dayna to let her know about the issue. She discussed the matter with her manager, Kyle, and they agreed to take care of the issue. This was very noteworthy in my opinion, because often when you buy a used vehicle, it is yours when you leave the lot, and the sellers don't want to hear from you again. More

The saleswoman agreed to give me a verbal 24 hours to decide on a vehichle. The next morning before the dealership opened I sent an email saying I was very interested but wanted to know the bottom line a decide on a vehichle. I countered and she informed me several hours later that the manager had over-ruled her verbal agreemnet with me and sold the car, since I had not placed a deposit. She said she had the vehicle we were looking for, and quoted us prices on 12,000 and 15,000 mile 39 month leases. We went to the dealership, and met with Dana. We drove a 2014 Terrain, AWD, SLE-2 package vehicle, and completed the transaction within 3 hours. Dayna worked hard to get us a very good deal on this lease. I was very impressed with Dayna's professionalism, the speed at which she worked, and how quickly everything came together. We were equally impressed with Dayna' extensive knowledge of the vehicle itself. She answered every question we had, and showed us all of the features this vehicle had. She told us that if we had any other questions later on, to call her anytime for advice. By the way, I still haven't heard anything from the other 3 dealers we contacted.
