Twice this year we have had our Yukon repaired at Randy Wise collision center. (Bad year.) Each time it came back looking and driving like new. I have always purchased my vehicles from Bill Ross, and have had them serviced by them. I have always had great service, this past visit was no different. I had hit a deer with my Escalade on the expresswa have had them serviced by them. I have always had great service, this past visit was no different. I had hit a deer with my Escalade on the expressway, I called Bill Ross my salesman and he told me to bring it in. When I got there they had a another loaner (almost brand new car) car ready and I was out the door. They stayed in touch with me during the repair process (about 10 days) and it was done on time. It is an Escalade and I am very meticulous with it, and I could not be happier with it, it looks like brand new. I would highly recommend Bill Ross to anyone looking for any type of car or truck, and the Body Shop does EXCELLENT work, and is about as clean as the showroom. I have dealership experience in my past (and not this one) so I have a pretty good idea what to look for. They also have an excellent waiting room and offer rides home or will pick you up. Just a great place, and Randy Wise himself is huge on customer service. More
Initially I came into the dealership to take a test drive of the Buick Regal GS after researching the vehicle extensively. Theron informed me of a great deal they had going on for minimum trade-in's. After learning of this I decided I wanted to take it home, my Salesman Theron Wilson and Business Manager Nathaniel Olivo ensured I was able to walk out of the dealership with the car that same day staying 2 extra hours after business close to make the deal. Everything with the car was great BUT I had hit a deer and my car was drive able. They ordered the parts, said Ford was slow getting the parts to them, and I called back 1 week later, and still no parts. and my car was drive able. It was almost a month after I had been in before they fixed the vehicle and only then because I called them to remind them they were supposed to fix it. So I was not happy with that. Overall they car was repaired well but the delay was very bothersome. More
