Let me start out by stating that I was a legacy client, and the problems I had were not with the dealership. I had been working on my problem with Shauna’s predecessor. The last contact I had with him, he assured me that Shauna would be made aware of my predicament and would help me with a solution. Unfortunately, when I contacted her, she had no knowledge of what was going on, but she dove right in anyway. We seemed to be making progress, then I encountered more road blocks. I went back to Shauna and she came up with a creative solution that finally put this endeavor to bed with a phone call and a fax. This is something that I started last year and I was glad that Shauna could finally resolve it for me. I spent 32 years in the automotive field. The only legacy I left behind was the fact that I got things done no matter what. This is a quality that I observed in Shauna. She used her creativity and knowledge of process to leverage a solution for me. This is something that I really appreciate and I hope she will be rewarded for her efforts.
