My Saturn Aura was in the body shop for some collision work that was being done & although, there was somewhat of a timeliness issue & communication issue with the was in the body shop for some collision work that was being done & although, there was somewhat of a timeliness issue & communication issue with the work being done, I am very happy with the end result. I picked up my car yesterday & my out of pocket expense that I had incurred from the rental car I had driven was paid for by Randy Wise. They also paid for the detailing of my car. And then on my drive home there was a plastic piece that was loose on the front bumper. It was making a lot of noise so I called & Rob said to bring it back & they would fix it. I drove right back & he fixed it & ordered me a new piece. So overall I am very happy with my experience & would definitely recommend you to someone else. More
An excellent experience from Randy Wise dealership I recently purchased a GMC Acadia, working with salesman Oliver Hackney. I had never met Oliver until this experience that began 2 weeks ago. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable of the product line, very interested in satisfying me as a customer and a pleasant person to do business with. I explained what I was looking for and Oliver went right to work in locating the vehicle I purchased. He was always organized, confident - but not cocky, and I was very impressed in the professionalism he demonstrated, including sitting with me in my new vehicle and making certain that I knew how to "work all the options on this new 2014 Acadia. It was a Saturday morning 9:00 and my breaks went out on my Explorer GMC van the night before. With a dear family member in the hospital, graduation party of 160 guests at 2:00 and having to drive to Fredrick, Md. Early on Monday, I never thought I'd make my trip. Well not only was my van given to me a hour and a half earlier than promised,the mechanic also found a additional problem/hazard as he was replacing the breaks and made the correction. Michelle was very attentive and kept me updated as to the progress and she saved me $$. I am new to Fenton and I will gladly return for all my professional service needs on my 2 fine GM products. Residue left on the car and rear wiper blade is bad. I immediately noticed what looked like scratch marks on my car, Ken tried as best as he could to remove the sticky residue left from the car wrap that I immediately noticed what looked like scratch marks on my car, Ken tried as best as he could to remove the sticky residue left from the car wrap that was used when it was in paint. It has been a couple weeks since, and dust and dirt has accumulated all over the back of the car. I now need to wait for a month before getting it detailed, hopefully the detail shop can remove all of the residue. Ken notified the paint shop and all they said was, "yeah that happens...it's sticky stuff". I also noticed the other day while I was filling my car with gas, the body shop used my same wiper blade that I had on the car before the wreck. It is torn on the top and bottom...unreal. In total, I figure that a $100 detail job and a $10 wiper blade would have made all the difference. Update: The very next morning after I wrote this review, I received a phone call from the service center! They apologized for having missed the damaged wiper blade and ordered a new one before they even called me to replace it. They also scheduled a day for me to remove the sticky residue from the tape that's stuck on the paint and rear window that I can't remove! They said it was actually going to be a full detail, so a nice little bonus there! More

Great Experience at Randy Wise We stopped in one evening at your used car lot in Fenton to look at a Tahoe. Rick Leyanna came out to check on us and allowed us to test drive the Tah We stopped in one evening at your used car lot in Fenton to look at a Tahoe. Rick Leyanna came out to check on us and allowed us to test drive the Tahoe. We realized that the Tahoe was not exactly what we wanted, and came back another time to look at a few more vehicles. Rick was there each time assisting us with whatever we needed. He also called or sent emails occasionally with more vehicles that he thought that we might be interested in. He was not pushy about the vehicles. He was simply informative. He was very professional and helpful. We visited several other local dealerships and not one of them ever called us back like Rick did. Not only that, but after we purchased the Traverse, he called the next day to check on us and to wish me a happy birthday. We appreciate all that he did for us. Stephanie Hill More

Used car purchase Rick met us when we entered the lot. He was very personable without being pushy. He answered our questions and helped us with our preliminary choices. We didn't commit on the first visit; I asked him to NOT call me and he did not, I appreciate that. I later returned to the dealership and drove other model vehicles trying to determine which car would best meet our needs.
