A couple of years ago, my husband and I had just come out of bankruptcy, and Bryan Bickford was there to help us get a car to not only re-build our credit, but also enable my husband to get to and from work in a safe, reliable vehicle. So when it was time for me to get another used car, we turned to Bryan. His straightforward, no nonsense approach to finding the car that works for US was what made it easy to go back to him again. The fact that he had exactly the car I'd been looking for was a bonus. I didn't need to look at any other car, and he really did his diligence to get me all the info (carfax, one-owner, even answered all my questions about the noises I thought I was hearing in the car). Bryan really left no stone un-turned. We arrived at the dealership about 30 minutes before closing and he stayed with us all the way through the process. Really great guy. It's no wonder he's been with Randy Wise for more than 6 years and won the salesperson of the year award two years in a row. That part of the experience was fantastic. We were sold on the car, so it was more about getting the financing handled. That part of the experience could have been better, but we were there well after they closed and everybody wanted to go home. So while it felt a little "rushed", I also understand why. Jim (the manager that handled all the paperwork) talked us into some extras that we hadn't talked to Bryan about, but we agreed they were worth the investment. It just felt a little "last minute" to be talking about it then instead of earlier in the transaction. Regardless, both Bryan and Jim made the car-buying experience fun.
