Brought in my car that I purchased from the Fenton location, in for service at the Fenton location. ZERO COMMUNICATION. They advertise free rentals, had my car for four weeks, my enterprise bill was over $1,000. Randy wise didn't even offer to compensate. Called and even left a message with the store manager, he didn't get back with me. Had to call two other times to get ahold of someone. Very disappointed. More
