We asked for floor mats and/or the second key fob - about $300 worth of retail value - No luck. The price offered on the internet was fair, but without the details, perhaps it was just average. It seems that cars sold on the internet these days are pretty much "as is" even though a dealer is selling it. The cars themselves are fairly reliable, so checking them over for maintenance items is fairly routine, but basic things appear to be missing from the 120 point + check list, like the cabin filter (up to a $25 - $50 retail value) The purchase itself was easy, we knew what we wanted so were were just coming in to complete a purchase contract. The internet price got us in the door. The whole process of test drive to purchase contract completion was about 3 hours. Overall, it was a smooth transaction, everyone was very nice and personable. With all the resources that a dealer has to ensure that the product is complete, it would have been nice to have these details attended too when we requested them. Three items requested - Zero results on all three. More
