Well, the sales people at Randy Wise were patient, pleasant and answered all my questions, gave me time to make my own decisions without any sense of pressure, and gave me a good deal on top of it. Since then, I've taken my car back for every oil change, tire rotations, the works -- not only do they have an enjoyable atmosphere to wait in, but the service is fast, dependable, and thorough. The sales manager & staff /listen/ to you, they give you reason to come back, and they are completely focused and dedicated to excellent customer service each, and every visit. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a Hyundai or a used car in the Genesee County area, not only for the car itself but for regular maintenance or service.
