Looked at a Camry, the bank wouldn't approve it to many miles, looked at a newer Toyota got approved. It pulls to the left. All the tires were low and theres black sticky stuff all over the inside back glass. Cracked taillight hole in front bumper spider web from impact in rear bumper and still cost $17,000.. just be aware of what your getting into. More
Bought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata from them that had a bad motor. Even bought their extended warranty for $3000. Now stuck with a car that needs a motor and a warranty that apparently don't cover nothing. Bu motor. Even bought their extended warranty for $3000. Now stuck with a car that needs a motor and a warranty that apparently don't cover nothing. But i guess they did offer to trade it out for a 2016 kia soul for $13500 plus $4000 in neg. equity added to it to make it like $19000 dollars oh and plus the $7000 i paid down on the hyandai. So that's $23000 for a kia soul. Yea right!!!! Only can screw someone so much!!!!!! So be careful if you buy from here and don't get the extended warranty!!! More

was sold a used lemon I purchased the vehicle on 7/5/2019, but could not pick it up until 7/8/2019 because it had not been cleaned. The service was supposed to have been do I purchased the vehicle on 7/5/2019, but could not pick it up until 7/8/2019 because it had not been cleaned. The service was supposed to have been done already. I drove down from Statesville to Hickory to pick it up on the 8 after work. On the 9th the check engine light came on, so I texted the service manager and she asked me to bring it back so they could check it. I took it back down on the 11th and spoke to the mechanic at that point and he said it was either the catalytic converter or the coil packs, but was probably bad gas and it just needed to be ran through. He reset the light and I picked it back up on the 10th. Then on the 11th the light came back on and was told to bring it back down. My husband to it back on the 15th and dropped it off. I was told they were going to replace the converter, and if that didn't fix it then we would just figure out what to do from there. The service manager said it would be ready on the 17th. I picked it back up on the 17th and then on the 19th the light came back on. We took it back down to the dealership on the 20th,and drove a couple of different cars and decided we would see what kind of deal we could get on one of those. So, we talked with the sales manager and he was not willing to give us the original cost of the vehicle back and was not going to give us our money back either. A vehicle that was 8500.00, was going to cost us 2750.00 more than one that cost 7500.00. So, I told him that he would just need to fix this vehicle then as he stated he would. We left and went to Oreilly's auto parts store and they put it on the computer, and it said the same thing was wrong with it that they were supposed to have already fixed. My husband called the sales manager and told him and he said to give him until Monday the 22nd and call him around 10:15 so he could find out what was going on. We drove it home and then the oil light came on. So we checked the oil and the oil had not been changed as stated when the vehicle was purchased either. We took the car to National Tire and Battery on the 13th to check on the tire sensor light and was also told that the CVC joint, all 4 struts, and the sway bar needed to be replaced and it needed an alignment. We feel they are not interested in helping us with all of these costs, and are not interested in trying to make it right. My husband tried to contact The dealership in Mooresville, and was told he would have a call back, if not to call them back. Now they won't answer the phone for him. More
