Put pictures online that doesn't match so we can con somebody into paying $12,000 more. CROOKS NEVER AGAIN! I think it all was an intentional con. Nick is the nastiest attitude person went in there the other day to try to ask him some questions he came he was too busy to deal with a customer that's not the way to customer service he had an attitude so I got attitude he needs to be disciplined I had left this dealership after doing business at this dealership for 25 years I moved to a new dealership was wanting to bring my business back to this dealership but after I walked in and was exposed to Nick's attitude I'm not coming back on this something done about him they're too busy to have any customer-oriented response this is not a customer oriented business if you wanting to have a customer experience it's the wrong place More
Very Poor Customer Service and Response Randy Marion Ford, other potential Ford customers should be aware of poor treatment, customer service and lack of respect I have received from this de Randy Marion Ford, other potential Ford customers should be aware of poor treatment, customer service and lack of respect I have received from this dealer. I noticed they had a 2016 Ford F450 Black Platinum i was interested in. I made a phone call to receive some truck info, many of my questions could not be answered and requested a price drop. I was assured the price would not drop. Priced market value. I disagreed. Two days later the price was reduced over three thousand dollars. I attempted one more time to establish contact and deal. Spoke with CJ, Randy Marion Ford salesperson. He was very interested in making a deal and trade. He provided multiple email addresses to forward photos and my VIN. I received a call from the internet manager and he too was very eager to trade vehicles. He received photos and VIN, loved my truck and would be back in touch with me in less then 24hrs. The next day I received an email from CJ seeking more input from me in writing such as what numbers was I looking for and he would work his magic, CJ wants me to have the truck and the truck has been fully services. I responded to CJ's email in less than an hour with a counter offer, some additional items I had forget to mention originally and asked his bottom line. After 24 hours I had not heard a word. I called and left a message. No response. I sent another email to CJ, seeking a response. Another 24 hours (total 48 hours) have gone by and no response to emails or phone calls. I will certainly never recommend this dealer and anyone, other then steer them away. My son goes to University in the area and we knows a lot of college families and graduating student who need new or newer wheels. I'm also and owner of a 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum, 2016 Ford Fusion and 2013 Ford F450 KIng Ranch. Randy Marion and CJ should be ashamed. More

He did not pressure us at all - just went and got the car, showed us some options and we drove it. John, in Finance, found a great deal for us - even more money on a rebate! Buyer Beware I am honestly embarrassed to share this but if my story helps someone else maybe it will make the ordeal a little less negative. I am in disbelief a I am honestly embarrassed to share this but if my story helps someone else maybe it will make the ordeal a little less negative. I am in disbelief about how this dealership treated me and would walk before giving them another ounce of business. They sold me a truck with a faulty engine and then charged me nearly $5k on repairs. In early May I purchased a 2008 Ford F150. That night on the way home from the dealer the truck stalled at a stop sign. A few days later the check engine light came on. I took the truck into a dealer closer to where I live and their diagnosis was that my engine needed to be replaced. This was all within the first 2 weeks. I took it back to Randy Marion they checked it out and agreed the engine needed to be replaced. In disbelief, I asked them for options since I had just bought the truck. They gave me 2 options 1) Trade it back to them but at present value (no credit given for them just having sold me a truck with a faulty engine). 2) Replace the engine and they would pick up "half of the cost" they quoted my "half" at $4100. When I picked up the truck the cost was $4540. More
